Revised Proposal

Breadth 1: Plumbing

Rainwater collection system will be added into the plumbing system. The water will be collected from the roof and connect to the treatment /filter system to make the rainwater into usable greywater, and store into rainwater storage. The rainwater can be used to the water loop as makeup water or plumbing fixture to reduce the water usage.

 

Breadth 2: Daylighting

Daylighting will be analyzed, and a new curtain wall system will be established to compare with the original curtain wall system. By adding the curtain wall which has better U-value. The target is to reduce the unusual heat gain or loss by solar radiation or convection. The load model will be built in Trace 700, and suggestion will be made base on the load model.
